Can we get a matrix.to link?
Edit: I don't know if there's a community/space for all relevant rooms, but if you go to room discovery and add fosdem.org as a server you can browse those that are published, which seems comprehensive.
Edit2: Apparently they're hosting a dev snapshot of element for some custom widgets. source
That's the link you submitted. I mean a matrix.to link that you can follow to get to the main room. That link just leads you to their web instance of element where you have to sign in with your account. It doesn't lead to anywhere useful.
