tl;dr $500 rebate for e-bike, $200 for e-scooter

Has the typical low wattage and low speed limitations. Seems to be some confusing wording on whether e-bikes are limited to 200W or 250W.

I also wouldn't mind any recommendations, specially ones that can deal with tall humans also :)
