No VPN company is above the law of the country where they reside. Anyone claiming otherwise is not to be trusted. What you will ideally see is a VPN company complying with law enforcement and it yielding no results. Oh, you want all of our logs of this particular user’s activity? We have none, but you’re welcome to have all none of them if you’d like them.
