Every other story I read that features an abduction or series of attacks often take places in parts of Mexico and Brazil,

If we know where the occurrences naturally take place why isn’t the US government cooperating with those countries in order to figure out why they constantly appear in these places ?

I remember the face peeler story from last year or so and tried to find updates on it but no avail reason I searched is because people were urging their own government to take action because they were in fear for their lives it baffles me as to why they continue to appear in these countries…
