USSR wanted USA nuclear tech and got it. China hacked into US comms recently. Russia hacks the US so often it's a non-event now. If a country, say the USA, had alien tech, wouldn't every foreign hacker squad be trying to access it? Or flip someone who had access to it? You think a federal employee wouldn't sell out for a few million?
