Yes for 16 of the 33 seconds the video is long, and only to have his point epically refuted in the rest of it. Invest the 33 seconds, it's worth it to be aware of this small piece of internet history.
If you don't like Shapiro then you should watch the whole thing (that I linked in my previous comment).
What's funny is that it's happening now, all the people who believe in climate change are moving out of the states that will be affected and only the crazies are staying
