I'm under the assumption that if aliens are already here living among us, that they look exactly like us. So, there's no way to tell the difference just by walking past one on the sidewalk.

I also assume that aliens get into accidents, hurt themselves and end up in the hospital just like we do.

Wouldn't at least one doctor have seen something in an examination, surgery or maybe a brain x-ray that's a bit different? I mean, are they really THAT identical to us that there's no way of distinguishing the difference? Like no doctor could ever find anything at all that's significantly different?

And if we are actually that similar, what could possibly be the difference?
