If what we’re witnessing are actual, physical crafts, than it’s not a phenomenon at all. More often than not, these are tangible objects.

If something is being caught on military equipment and radar, how is it considered to be a phenomenon - What would it be considered if it flew through and obliterated a 747 full of passengers?
