I might believe them if they weren't stealing people's money.
Fuck the government in general, and the DEA in particular, for stealing more than non-government thieves. And fuck the Supreme Court for ruling civil asset forfeiture (theft by the government done without conviction or even criminal charges) as constitutional.
It's about damn time they stopped stealing people's money based only on information from TSA and airport staff regarding last minute ticket purchases. It's not illegal to buy tickets last minute. It's not illegal to fly domestically with any amount of cash. I hope they get sued to hell and back again.
I love how they say they wouldn't have known about it absent the video. So that tells you (a) they won't believe a word you say if you complain; (b) they have no mechanisms for ensuring that they execute their "mission with integrity and professionalism at every turn".
