People in this situation use a voip app. You still need to call for a few minutes just to get your box but once you have it, go the web site and login. wait 5 minutes (this authorizes your ip) then open your voip app and enter: sip.livewire.us for the domain, and your mailbox number and password, connect and then from that point you can just dial 1 to connect to the system.
