I noticed that while Evil Natural Water does attack those with killing intent (or those who defend themselves from the Mad Doctor Fish). It doesn't really come off as evil compared to the cadres or any of the major villains. Is it possible that it could've been spared, or at least left alone in a isolated environment, if the small Evil Natural Water was proven harmless after the monster arc?
