Hey i’m casually listening to Tatsuro and clicking on a city pop playlist

now i listen to it

and realize

  1. i never heard the songs before
  2. i speak JLPT5 japanese and some things they sing doesn’t make sense

Is AI generated japanese city pop a thing now? fuck it feels wrong to listen to this soulless music i can’t describe it but knowing there is nobody behind it is fucking weird, same has having an AI girlfriend or AI teacher
