Interesting point raised none the kess, as pointed out, worst in Australia for public transportation access. Every damn year shut the entire rail network around Xmas :(

How is no Chinese city on here. Beijing wasn't that bad but Chengdu or Guangzhou were horrendous, and that was from passenger seat.
