Many people know this already, but there's a problem with PoE, mostly in Windows 11 with the 24H2 update, that completely freezes your pc when you are in a loading screen, and you have to force restart.
It does not affect everyone using W11 24H2, but since Microsoft is starting a new phase of automatic updates, you may want to delay updating your system for now.
GGG is aware of the issue, but they unfortunately haven't said anything about it in a while.
This has been happening since the EA launch. There are two threads in the forums about this issue with over 400 pages each.
For whoever is already affected, changing the process affinity in Task Manager to disable two cores (usually 0 and 1) seems to work for most people, making it crash "only" the game and not your system. There's a program linked in the first thread to help doing that automatically. It's a 3rd party software, so use your best judgement to decide to use it or not.
