See title. If you've ever been in a car this happens with IRL, you know the sound.

If a car sits too low and/or has a too soft suspension, the wheels can touch the wheel wells or fenders when you turn or go over a bump. It makes a distinct, clearly audible sound of something rubbing together. As Gran Turismo models this behavior now, adding this sound to the game might help understand players what happens when suddenly their car won't turn properly after lowering it. They could use a generic sound, it wouldn't have to be individual. They use generic sounds for crashes as well, so why not this?
