I'm using KDE Connect to share between an iPhone and a machine running Ubuntu 22.04. For the most part, it works as expected, but clipboard sharing only happens one way.

The problem seems to be that whenever a connection is established between the phone and PC, the phone's clipboard is automatically overwritten with whatever is on the PC's clipboard. If I navigate away from the KDE Connect app to another app to copy some content, the connection is lost. When I navigate back to the app, the connection is re-established, but the iPhone clipboard is again overwritten by the PC.

I'm not sure how to work around this problem. Any advice from the community would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not an iPhone user, but on Android, clipboard is not shared to PC unless clicking on the permanent notification's "Send clipboard". This is due to Android security, otherwise any app would have access to clipboard at any time.

Tho, your explanation makes me think the issue might be something else.
