Haven't had a chance to try it myself yet, but
I've been using it, it's not really the greatest but it does work if you have patience. The biggest problem that I have is that the main instance seems unstable but it's the only one that I've gotten to work properly. It usually takes several tries to get an RSS feed to actually work. Although, it is possible that it could just be an issue with the websites I've tried to make RSS feeds for, so maybe it might work better for other users.

It's not very complicated. I've been generating my podcast RSS file with it for years.
