My wife has dark skin and wants to get into goth fashion but feels hindered. I know this is basically just meant to be softcore porn or whatever, but the artist made me realise that there's such a thing as warmth and coolness in every colour, even black. "Warm black goth" seems like such an innovation that I had to share this with her.
I beg the pardon of anyone to whom this was obvious. And to those of us who are just trying to masturbate. Get after it, champ.
The goth aesthetic includes such a wide range of apparel, jewelry and accessories, I'm hard pressed to imagine a person for whom it wouldn't be possible to put together a look that works.
Also, I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't share the stuff I'd actually get off to. This is the art that isn't quite risqué enough for that, but is too damn neat and impressive not to look at.
I low-key appreciate the tasteful titillation, but rarely have a reason to comment. This one just stood out, it shows thoughtfulness. And if it can convince a dear friend to lean in and forget the skintone hangups, all the better.
All I get from this is that dark-skinned and dark-haired people are always halfway to being goth.
