Is the insane part the herbal or the vaginal wash? Because back in my home country, feminine wash products are pretty common, which I assume this product is one. They are essentially much milder than soap so as not to cause a ph imbalance in that delicate area. Unless of course this product is literally supposed to be used inside and not just an external wash, then yeah that’s insane.
