they're still caught off guard that trump won the election and still refuse to see that they're the wrong people for this fight. they're like elderly mothers/fathers whose grown children are trying to take away the car keys before they make things worse, but they're refusing to listen and insist that they have all the needful faculties to counter the growing fascism that's befalling all of us; they do not.
