This is brilliant, has been my go to a couple of times already. I have renamed my classic albums community to use the word music in the name to help discovery :D

Whoa this looks sweet, great job! A few suggestions:

Right now it appears to just be sorted by new communities. Add sorting by monthly, weekly, or daily popularity would be useful for those looking for active communities.

At the moment it is sorted by subscribers, but adding sorting is definitely on the to-do list.
