Tribes 2 also had an exceptionally robust keybind based voice system. Given it was the infancy of broadband, and the people who had acceptable voice setups were relatively rare it was quite nice.

What is Tribes?
The Tribes series is a collection of first-person shooters video games for PC, beginning with Starsiege: Tribes in 1998, developed by Dynamix. Its sequel, Tribes 2, was released in 2001 by Dynamix / GarageGames. A console version called Tribes Aerial Assault, was launched in 2002 for the PlayStation 2. In 2004, Tribes: Vengeance was released by Irrational Games, followed by Tribes: Ascend in 2012, developed by Hi-Rez Studios. In 2024, Tribes 3: Rivals was released.

The voice binds were amazing.
Absolutely loved this game! Was so bad it. I could stealth into the enemy base no issue, couldn't kill anyone. Sometimes I'd just see how long I could stay in without being noticed.
Also, does anyone else remember playing on a server called Fishbowl in T1 or T2? I kinda remember playing on one. I thought the admin was called sometime like Fishstick. I'm wondering if it was this dude's server.
