Can we charge the parents with neglect for not doing what would have obviously prevented it?

The ones actually bearing the consequences, the sick children, weren't the ones rejecting vaccination.

Better a dead child or disabled child from preventable diseases than an autism one is a very concerning mantra that needs to considered child abuse or psychological evaluation. How many these people are sov cit?
