Those are garbage cans not turrets. Based on the treads though, you can call it a tank.

Turret : "A small (round) tower on top of a larger tower (or a tank) or at the corner of a building or wall, typically of a castle" That machine is more an armored vehicle with tracks, but without a turret. The machine gun itself is not a turret, and isn't mounted on a turret.

What do you call the whole in the top of a Humvee where a gunner sits? It's a turret.
