I think for the sake of my mental health I'm not going to concentrate much on football the rest of the season. There's enough stressful shit going on in the country as is.

Just focus on the little things. Personally, I'm glad Nwaneri has stepped up as much as he has.
It's what I've been trying to do. I feel like I keep catching strays in general and the recent results have made it a little tougher to remain interested at the moment. I haven't really been able to catch many games either because of work which has aided that feeling.
Also, Lokonga is returning from injury for Sevilla.
Good plan. Extracting the maximum amount of joy, when we can, is an imperative. Conversely, not getting beat up about the disappointments of something we have no control over, is wise.
I know not winning against Forest is disappointing. But to be fair, it was at their ground, and they have been on fire this season. They are 3rd in the league for a reason. So in the context of just this result, a draw wasn't too bad. Especially considering we are thread-bare on attacking options and are currently playing a box-to-box midfielder as our striker.
Just focus on the next one and keep backing the lads and Mikel.
I am with you. A loss would have been damaging, a big loss even more so. Forest are performing above expectations but you can't deny that they deserve their position on the table.
Additionally, I saw a chart of the combined value of players unavailable through injury for each team in the league. We topped the list and Forest were at the bottom.
Having said that, I do think we outplayed them and if Califiori had of scored, or Tierney or Merino's headers had gone in…So yes, that's disappointing.
It does pretty solidly close the door on the title, though, especially with Liverpool's results.
of course Isak picks this game to get injured huh
He's always been injury prone, it's why he was so cheap
ok but of all games to be injured for
like how do you deal with this luck
Ugh! I didn't realise that.
