Remember if you have things you need to buy, then get them from locally owned businesses, especially the small ones that may hurt missing out on significant sales the day before rent and whatnot is due.
Resist: It's Time
We are still in this together, but "this" is going to be real different in the very near future. This demands a different kind of "we."
The French Resistance during Nazi occupation played important roles delivering downed Allied airmen back to safety, supplying military intelligence, and acts of sabotage.
The Underground Railroad is estimated to have brought 100,000 freedom seekers to safety between 1810 and 1850.
It's time.

Underrated comment. This is the ultimate goal. Find good, local, ethical small businesses to buy from. Leave Amazon adrift.
Canadians:
What's that buddy? Just tomorrow? I canceled my Amazon Prime more than two weeks ago.
But in all seriousness good for you, it’s people who had been spending that can make the biggest impact.
Oh to clarify, I used Amazon quite a bit prior to February. It's just that up here there's been a good network to find good domestic alternatives to permanently switch. I'd applaud any Americans that can find Canadian businesses to supplement their shopping because real market impact require sustained changes to spending habits.
I think the day long refusal to buy is awesome but if there's a spike of purchases on Saturday that equal out the lost revenue from tomorrow the long term effects on those company's bottom lines will be minimal.
Don't take this as me discouraging action tomorrow though! Every bit helps and I am quite understanding as to the financial difficulties individuals and families may face trying to make permanent change!
Well if there’s one thing us poors can be good at it’s not buying things lol.
