I have been very flippant about how minor these effects have been but one thing that makes me wonder is when you see dip, recover, dip, recover. as folks buy the dip. most real drops were preceded by this sort of thing.

Will the dems be there to start to right the ship before the reps can destroy it even more. Usually takes dems 4-8 years (1-2 terms) to fix what the reps break, this time I think you will need 3-4 dem terms to get close to fixing it
