This is a continuation and spinning off of my previous post on natural ambient phenomena and also executive/desk toys, but the focus here is on manmade things that provide a repetitive yet dynamic and "ambient" scene thru the performance of whatever they are both contrived to and naturally do

Noice (Ambient sound app, on fdroid) has a bunch which are nice.

I was surprised how pleasing the jet-hum and occasional fasten-seatbelt-tone is.
