It'd be porn. The answer is porn. The answer is usually porn but for this question in particular its absolutely porn. That is what's behind the GenAI revolution - a desire to see Marge Simpson bang Captain America in 4k.

I think with AI the real breakthrough will be interactive realistic porn, unless it's already available?
Perhaps interactive, perhaps just directed. You set a setting, some actor/character preferences, and finally details about the action - then you have a curated and customized scene.
The real question is how it'll stay fresh, if that can be solved it'll capture immense value...
Now, whether that's a good thing I can't say, but it's worth a boatload of money.

That's a tough one. While I do think AI can be fun to play around with (though I personally prefer the ones I can run locally), there's always a sort of "monkey's paw" element to it. Text generation? Hallucinations. Image generation? All sorts of weird artifacts, and are heavily influenced by the training data (yes of course they all are, but what I mean is, if you pick a model that is heavily inspired by NSFW content for example, then you're very likely to get NSFW content - sounds "common sense", but nonetheless).
So I suppose in a world where it's "perfect" then I'd want it to make some form of media that can make everyone happy. If everyone on the planet were happy, then it'd be a much better place.
Or if we're talking less altruistic desires, probably a continuation of some TV series that I enjoyed which ended on a cliffhanger.
Godzilla Minus One. No, seriously. A Godzilla Movie, but one where the human story and the drama is just as awesome as the monster. A Kaiju film where there's actual stakes, where you feel what the main characters feel, and where the monster doesn't seem like a big, far off show and the actors are on a different plane of existence. A Godzilla movie that managed to surprise me three different times. Thankfully, we have Godzilla Minus One.
Leftist and awareness programme content
Like, smoking/tobacco is an issue in my country, India.
We had 'The lung is like a sponge' awareness short playing before movies and also testimonials of folk who chewed tobacco. Together with stricter enforcement of anti-public smoking laws, I think smoking has reduced a lot.

We can do this, the problem is interface.
Right now, there is the possibility to have AI create exactly what you imagine, if you can convey what it is you want and have the processing power available to generate the output.
Without a psychic magic wish type interface, we fall short of being able to say "Do the thing" and get what we want. It takes a novel worth of outline to create a worthwhile output that meets expectations.
That being said, I would probably create a false reality to escape into in order to cope with the realities of a meaningless and pointless existence that is wrought from the apathy inherent to prolonged misery from existential dread and the general state of things.
