I mean, build the infrastructure like every other nation & then you can trust the train.
One is a passenger train, another is a freight train carrying hazardous materials. The risks are VERY different.
Also, if you're looking for something to blame for the East Palestine, Ohio, train derailment, look at lax regulations:
