People - Americans - many of them innocent, are being kidnapped off the street and sent, without due process, to a black hole in El Salvador that the government claimed in court it is impossible to retrieve them from.

The scope of these kidnappings expands every day. They will come for you or your loved ones. We know this from every piece of history.

The father from Maryland “erroneously” sent to El Salvador is a nameable rallying point.

It is easily the most horrific and tangible aspect of the administration right now. And, these protests of ours notoriously lack a focused message or flash point.

And, personally, I feel like any more time spent at rallies where the speakers gloss over this and instead use the opportunity to speak to thousands of gathered centrists and liberals to politely recite poetry and ask “Are there any 90s kids in the audience? 🤪,” before we all break for brunch, is, well - I’m not sure how much more I can take. And I know I’m not alone.

We need to take this seriously. We need to use these events to wake each other up and agitate, not pat each other on the back.

And I firmly believe the best possible opportunity to do this is to focus on the horrific actions of ICE.

I have no say in the organizing, but wish they would rally around this message. I have no idea why the administration hasn't been pressured to explain the need for no due process deportations.

I also worry that they are stalling and fighting on Kilmar because he already died and they can't bring him back.

That makes more sense than the cruelty required to know he didn't deserve it but is stuck there anyways while doing jack shit to have him returned.

My soul can't accept that they are actually that evil, that just doesnt make sense to me and I hope it never does.

This is 100% the thing that is killing my motivation to attend protests. Protestors have been kidnapped and fucking disappeared. Visas are getting revoked just for liking posts on social media. There is nothing that gets my blood boiling more than some fucking centrist cockroach getting on the tiny stage at a protest and saying some dumbass shit like "Alright, everyone take out your phones and send a text to this number so you can start getting my fundraising reminders!"

Get the fuck off the stage, get the fuck out of this protest, do not tell everyone to make a digital action that CLEARLY places them at this protest, and come back when you want to make a difference instead of fleecing scared people. If I have to go through it again I'm gonna start heckling if I have to. For a group that loved to make fun of the Signal fiasco, I've seen some absolute dogshit opsec at the protests I've attended, and that shit could actually have serious consequences.

I'm pretty sure Kilmar is dead. His family and lawyers have had no contact and Dump said return is impossible; because they already killed him.

You want to talk about concentration camps? We're already expanding our own Black Site.

America has the highest incarceration rate in the world. The average maximum security prison holds 800-1200 prisoners. The largest, Angola, LA, holds over 8000.

Our most famous black site, Guantanamo Bay, located in CUBA (WTF?), currently holds about 120. They are now building a facility there, that will hold 30,000 prisoners. That's nearly 4 times our largest prison, which is already about 8 times larger than average.

The question is: Who do they intend to put in that new facility, which is far from any oversight by the media or the courts. It's in fucking Cuba, which is controlled by...well, you get it.

I was a victim of the recent Reddit bloodbath, with a 12 year/ 900K+ karma account. Clearly, they reviewed my high-volume posting account, and they know how I feel about them, and the punishments they have earned. I expect that at some point, there is a pretty good chance I'll be getting a free vacation to Cuba.
