The national average home price in Canada was $678,331 in March 2025, down 3.7 per cent from March 2024, the Canadian Real Estate Association said.

Declining house prices are a good thing.

Between immigration slow down and construction picking up I hope houses come back down to a level of affordability but now they can't drop too fast or that's a whole other issue.
