The Russian Defense Ministry has changed its reporting system to limit the amount of information it releases about Russia's war in Ukraine, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) wrote in its Aug. 29 report.

Nothing says "we're winning this war!" like recently limiting the amount of coverage you release about progress in battle.

One of these days (and may it come quickly) they'll quietly withdraw from Ukraine in the middle of the night, and just stop all talk about their war.
