When you make it impossible to have justice through non-violent means, don’t be surprised when people use violent means. Good on these women though I hope they vet their information well - I immediately think of some poor schmuck getting caned by 30 pink saris because he looks like someone else

Stuff like that is really really hard to get wrong, especially in a country where it happens literally all of the goddamn time. I wish we had a group like that here in the U.S.
count me in for non-violent response in middle america. if I can get there.
For those who aren't going to read the post, the Gulabi Gang is a gang of women in India who track down and beat abusive husbands with ~~brooms~~ sticks.
