That is a beautiful overpass, comrade. How do you build such clean roads? Every time I try to curve a road it comes out a wobbly mess and I can't line things up.

I couldn't find the source so I cannot say for certain, but if I had to guess I would think that OOP was going to expand the city we can see in the background.
