I have two of the same pair of glasses, one with normal clear prescription lenses, and the other with prescription lenses that are tinted brown and polarized. I often forget to switch them out because the sunglasses make everything look so damn good, but I carry them both with me and usually switch to my clear glasses if Iโm indoors for more than a minute. But if I pop into a gas station or something for 30 seconds then Iโm definitely not taking them off.

I like to wear them in places with fluorescent lighting, but some people really get uncomfortable with that. Sometimes I imagine they must be feeling the same thing I feel when I need to make eye contact during a long conversation
Clip ons, I don't always remember they're on if it's bright out, but I usually take them off
Not because it's douchey, but because it's harder to see.
I wear mine inside but I also have those ones with speakers in them so I always take them when I'm speaking to people either way.
I take 'em off. The inside of a building is glare-free enough.
