I've started wondering if it is the lime or perhaps the cilantro. Debating removing lime altogether. My current recipe grills veggies, blends, and then heats all in pot with a bit of oil:

  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • 28oz can Cento tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt/ pepper

Any advice appreciated.
