I would think sitting in someone else's vomit would be looked upon as a public health hazard! I can't imagine this would hold up well in a legal setting.

That's a nice seat you got there. It'd be a real shame if someone where to vomit on it. How about you give me $50 and I'll make sure that don't happen. What do you say?
