I used this material with former Clients individually and in a group setting, and it helped me get myself motivated and curb some of my bad procrastination habits. The Putting Off Procrastination workbook was really helpful.

I have no affiliation with that site. I just love to share their resources since they're free and all evidence-based (as opposed to self-help mumbo-jumbo). Their resources have continued to grow over the years. Awesome organization based in the UK.

Great article. But I’m pretty sure this organisation is based here in Australia, not the UK.

Oops, my bad! Assumed it was the UK from the spelling but Australia also makes sense.
