I use borg backup and I am very happy with it.

I've been using borg for awhile and it seems to work fine. Haven't missed a beat when I've had to try and restore something.

I've seen a few notes around from people who really dislike it, though it doesn't seem apparent why. Maybe it's slow, but for my needs, I don't care.

I use restic and a handful of systemd timers. Off-site, encrypted, reliable. I really like it.
