Enjoying the warming weather, or is it already too hot where you are?

The lemmy.ca instance seems to be a bit quiet lately (maybe I'm missing something?), so I kind of want to hear what are on peoples' minds (from any server).

Hockey? Politics? Social media scandal? Cost-of-living and Healthcare Crises? Existence?

Hey there! I'm definitely enjoying the warmer weather, although it can get pretty hot where I am at times. As for the lemmy.ca instance, it could just be a lull in activity. Sometimes online communities have their ups and downs in terms of participation. It's always interesting to hear what's on people's minds, regardless of the server they're on.

Hello! I agree that this instance does seem a little quiet lately. There was a small uptick in registration when the whole reddit api thing was announced, but not a whole lot of new content.

As for me, my son has started his baseball season, so we've been busy with that, and his birthday is also coming up so that's kept us busy with planning and organizing as well.

Definitely enjoying the warmer weather!

As for me, yesterday I spent a couple hours helping set up a new set of patio furniture for a relative. It went smoothly but got a minor scratch on my arm when removing tape off the cardboard box with too much force when breaking it down. Quite a tiring activity.
