Huh. This raises several questions about how this works, that I think could be wrapped up if I ask, if I deleted 2020, who would be president of USA if the election never happened?

As if it has never happened... I guess I couldn't afford to delete most years because anything I accomplished would be erased. So I'd delete the year after I was born because I didn't accomplish that much then and don't lose any memories.

But then, do I become a year younger the rest of my life? When, at 21 I bought alcohol did I get arrested because I was actually 20? This is a trippy question.

The entire year for everyone is gone, and everything that has happened gets erased. One second it's 2019 and the next it's 2021. This would probably cause mass chaos lol.

I guess I just struggle to imagine how that is conceptually possible. I think 2020 would just repeat itself in that case and nothing changes. Maybe I am overthinking it.
