Does anyone know how to prevent TrackerControl from running in the background when it is disabled. (lemmit.online)

I use TrackerControl for specific apps and turn it off for the rest of the day, but it keeps running and I personally hate apps that run in the background when I'm not using it. Is there a way to disable this?
