Am I the only one that thinks that looks like a franken-console based on the supplied pics? Quite unenticing, the switch/steamdeck approach (although lets be fair - I havent used either...) feels more to my taste.

I definitely agree. I have a Switch (but not a Steam Deck) and to me this looks like ergonomically it'd be... off... is probably the best way I can put it.

I already have issues with my hands cramping if I hold the Switch for more than about 45 minutes, but putting it in one of those "cases" seems to remedy the issue. That might work for this too, but I'd imagine the cases would be kind of awkward.

Quite disappointing. I really enjoyed the Vita, and a new portable would've been fun. Maybe something Steamdeck-like which could've reasonably played original PS4 games on the go. Taking the PS4 library with you in a bag would've been cool.

@alyaza it'll be fascinating to see if hackers pull any extra functionality out of it. After the huge legacy of the PSP and Vita its wild to see something so... not that.
