I don't really follow Scottish football but he seems to have done well at Celtic. Will be interesting to see how he adapts to Spurs.

Yes he does seem to have a good track record. A lot of stuff left to figure out for Spurs. Starting with Harry Kane. Hearing rumours of his potential sale almost everyday.
