This darn blanket took me a whole year to knit! Not because it was so hard, or big, or that I knit so slowly. I have a small child myself and my knitting time is almost non existent! Most of this was done backstage at one music event or another (my job) .

The pattern is "Radiating Star Blanket" (free pattern!) by Alexis Layton. I don't remember what the yarn was because I bought it so long ago!

Great job! Goes to show what little action over time can accomplish.

Man I love radial blanket patterns (I've done a couple of radial baby blankets that turned out great). Fantastic yarn selection and nice blocking!

Yeah me too! I like buying the giant ball of yarn and the color changes are so satisfying.

And now I have another item added to my to-knit list. This is so beautiful!

Impressed with your dedication to complete this with all the busyness going on in your life.

I am amazed you can concentrate enough to knit during such a job! I can hardly manage it during coffee with friends.
