How many matches have Turkish teams played in England in those 177 years? Fifteen perhaps?

On the other hand, Man United pretty much plays in European competitions every year. So assuming that they play 10 European matches on average per season (five of which at home so 5 x 40 years), that'd result in United's unbeaten streak getting broken after roughly 200 matches.

While it is true that some key players where missing, we have also sucked offensively for a very long time and our coach doesn’t seem to be the guy to change things.

He’s great off ball and bad on the ball, but with Galatasaray the decision is “get the ball to Icardi” and he’s incredible at it.

I really wouldn’t say Samet Akaydin is our second best centerback lol

It’ll probably be Caglar on the right when he gets back

Wait Modric was born in a town called Modrici?

In the face of this level of racism we are children. This is a work of art.

Does not matter

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

it was worded wrong and i fixed it. the same way you just edited your whole paragraph.

smartass is the one shoehorning their team's irrelevant victory with the most niche bit of tidbit and calling it pinnacle achievement of shattering deep runs lmfao.

Send them to the Bosnian nt please. Thank you

Damn i thought he was 2 years older gtfo that's a horrible career move for a near 30 year old one but for a 25 y. old....

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Didn't you play a WC final and a semi final thanks to some of these players? Would you be able to be do this if you had other players instead of these?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

"i edited mine faster so it doesn't show up as edited!!"

get a grip weirdo, i worded it wrong and fixed it.

had nothing to do with you.

İsmail Yüksek

Lets not devalue Abdülkerim's efforts here. They also have same points in sofascore (8.1)

I don’t know maybe try out a formation that doesn’t require a winger? Like a 532? That is completely on Dalić.

Our local cinema showed the turkey -croatia match. I remember going with my bigger brothers and friends. Everyone besides me and 2-3 people left the cinema after the 119 goal. I remember just everyone rushing in after our 120+1 goal to watch the penalties. That game is what got me hooked to football to this day.

Even from a viewer perspective it looked like the ball was going to be faster than it actually was so it was a grave miscalculation but the right intention, he had a good game until that moment with at least 3 key saves

you feeling dramatic today huh. lmao

"stop fixing your posts! you're obsessed!!" as he types his 7th response to me.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

How many top teams play with 3 centrebacks and wingbacks today? I think there’s a reason for that.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

And should be noted it's only for EURO qualifiers

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Mert is probably an upgrade over Ugurcan

He is the guy that plays for rennes right. He was solid against fener last year

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Can someone explain to me why a GK, knowing he's bad with coming out, still comes out of his line? Livas worst trait has to be when he comes out of his line. I remember a few months ago he saved a penalty at Zagreb and immediately, unneccesarily comes out and almost concedes. If he doesn't come out Turkey wouldn't have scored that most likely. Funny thing is Liva played a great match besides that mistake. I don't know if he can improve that aspect so maybe it's a valuable lesson for him and he stays on his line next time.

Demiral used to be a beast. Now he's just a passion merchant. Glad Montella picks the players based on their form and training performance.

Roughly two weeks after the devastating Latvia draw at home, Lazio deliberately conceded a last-minute goal to Sparta Prague so that Beşiktaş wouldn't advance to the UCL RO16. That was even much more traumatising to me. Those soul-crushing moments have been preserved by Siyah Beyaz Arşiv in this link.

I can’t deny that he is the best coach in our history. However, his tactical abilities are just wack and that can’t be denied. Furthermore, we can’t say that a 352 never works as we have never really tried it with this set of players.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Yeah I agree, the fact that we are still so dependent on perisic in attack is concerning

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

What a match for İsmail Yüksek bro don't deserve to be in Turkish League have him in PL

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

wow I didn't expect this result and it means so much to us tbh after 2008 they beat us every single game until this groups two wins in a row against very solid Croatia.

This win is really so special

Croatia on the ropes

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

From the UEFA Nations League Final to this, damn

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Anyone watching this has now seen how it is in Croatia. Normally in Osijek the atmosphere is great, you can hear the cheering throughout the city but when the tickets get sold within 8 minutes you get "fans" a.k.a. people who got tickets through their relatives that work with the NT. It is an utter shame that this was done, and it was done because HNS REFUSED to shield a player (Livaja) from people insulting and yelling at him in Rijeka. I live a few streets away from the new stadium and the first time I heard anything from it was when the announcer announced the end of the game. As a Croatian I am deeply ashamed by the "fans" that were at the game. It is one of the most disgusting shows of corruption within the country. Never has there been such a SHIT atmosphere in Osijek whenever the NT is there, for fucks sake the atmosphere for the local club (NK Osijek) was much better than for the NT. I apologise to every neutral who watched this game as this is NOT how it's in Osijek.
