I think today is one of those days that needs a To Do List.

• Walk the dog ✔️
• Walk myself to the voting place ✔️
• Cut up leftover lamb for the freezer ✔️
• Gardening assignments ~✔️~ (sort of. I did one, putting the second off till later)
• Plant the next lot of seeds
• Rearange area the new fridge is going in so it will fit, or at least frown at the area thoughtfully whilst ineffectually moving odds and ends around

Somewhere in there I'll need to work out what to eat today, and eat it. Feeling a bit uninspired on that front so far.

Edit: eating is going well so far. English muffin with fried eggs and garlic mushrooms. I'm thinking probably a burger for dinner. Still undecided on lunch, but a lamb sandwich is probably a good option.

Love a 30% off booze sale on ubereats. I was just ordering some Thai for dinner and you can tack on an extra order without the service fee.. saw Liquorland on there and with the 30% off promotion I'm getting a 10 pack of Jim Beam Black 6.9% (nice) cans delivered for $10 less than if I drove to Dan Murphy's. I'm not even finished my last 10 pack, but I'll take a bargain when I see it.

Won the food cupboard bread trifecta this morning - English muffins, crumpets and fruit loaf! They had a ton of muffins especially today for some reason. It was odd, there was no normal bread, normally there is lots of plain bread and the others are an occasional treat. Good timing too, I'm almost out of muffins and I do like them with my eggs for breakfast.

So chill voting down here on the bellarine compared to melbs.

Also added a bunch of shit to the chilli patch hoping for a better crop this year. Bit of dynamic poo, bit of super phosphate c'mon little chillos you got this.

Nothing quite says this has been a relationship of circumstance quite like an incoming departure, annoying habits blocked out become maddeningly unbearable once again.

Someone's habit of clearing their throat every 5-10 minutes might just send me postal before my time is up.

How on earth does a rainbow lorikeet get itself stuck behind a car dashboard? I expect that sort of misadventure from cats, not birds!

Dad is heading in to visit Mum at the hospital tomorrow (she broke her ankle, has to stay a while) so I might make them both some coffee and take it to them in my keep-hot cup. I think they'll like my coffee, I make it double shot. I hate having relatively early nights on a Saturday, I feel like a loser.. but I'm tired so (Mario style) heeere we go! zzz

I was helping my daughter with a playlist for a friend's birthday party. I suggested Bob Marley. Got told partygoer's wouldn't know who Bob Marley is. WHO DOES NOT KNOW BOB MARLEY? What are parents teaching these kids? I'm disappointed. Also kid knows we're pretty cool. 😎
