I’m experiencing the same issue, kinda.
I can’t create new posts in Memmy either, I assume that just hasn’t been added to the app yet, I asked yesterday too.
in the profile -> subscriptions, clicking doesn’t open them there but when I went back to my feed I had to hit back multiple times through the posts I clicked on so they are opening, but like in the background in a way?
Yes, I also noticed that I had to hit back multiple times. Hadn't connected that to me trying to tap on them, but you're right, it does seem they're trying to open.
To note, if you open the subscription from the star icon top left, those posts when tapped do open as expected. The bug is just from the profile page, looks like.

But when I tried to sort by new there, it doesn't work. So I couldn't find this comment, so I'm still replying from the browser!
