Spotify gets enough use out of me to keep it. It remains the one paid service I still find more convenient than piracy.

me, i think i'm paying like $50-70 in random shit, i don't even keep track anymore, been thinking of making a list so i can unsub from a few to get a bit more money for cups of coffee
This is their goal! People forget and underestimate such small amounts
my problem is my mind is too busy to even think it's worth the effort to try and save $20 a month or whatever i can cut when my spendings are like $1k a month, but yeah soon™️
For me, aside from the questionable value, there are two major downsides to subscription services.
- They make it hard to cancel or easy to forget to cancel.
- I don't need another set of login credentials to manage.
